We had ambitions to grow relatively slowly, but the opportunity to acquire Happitots came along. The deal is really down to Nexus PINE. Alan Proto was extremely helpful. We couldn't have done it any other way because it was a small company taking on a big company, where the leverage from the PINE Fund helped.
