"Nexus Group and entrepreneurs Alan Proto and Harry Hyman have teamed up to launch a £50m fund, which is offering sale-and-leaseback funding on freehold day-nursery units. The fund opens for business this week. Nexus launched a similar fund, Primary Health Properties, 11 years ago that now has a portfolio of some 70 doctors’ surgeries and a valuation of more than £170m."
